Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Admission Details

The admissions in Engineering or the B. Tech. course are done on the basis of candidates’ score in the JEE Main exam which is conducted at All India Level.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is good providing all the necessary facilities like sports centres, laboratories, Hostels in campus etc. Living spaces are well maintained and hygiene. Food is also decent and freshly prepared in cafeteria.

College Infrastructure

The College infrastructure is well build with all the necessary facilities and they have a nice campus which is surrounded by lush green grounds. They also have well maintained sports centre, libraries, and classrooms.

Overall a good college to come and learn

College Infrastructure

Yes OIST have a good infrastructure. They have good classrooms, laboratories for different subjects, a central Library, active participation in nodal sports tournament and hostel facilities but required to improve the food.
