Karate is not in the list of Sports which are are considered TS EAMCET. SO you cannot use your National Level certificate in Karate to get seat under sports quota through TS EAMCET counselling. There are 31 sports discipline which are considered for sport quota unfortunately Karate is not one among them. If you are having a Karnataka domicile then you can apply through 85% state level quota. As per last years cutoff, general category candidate was needed  463 marks in NEET to get admission in 85% state level quota.

Last year cut offs for oc are

Veterinary-742rank

Agriculture-1852rank

Horticulture-4649rank

Fishery-4488rank

You have chances to get payment seats in agriculture or horticulture.

If your not oc kindly provide your category to know the cutoffs.

The registration number and the password will be obtained only when you fill the registration application form completely. The form has details such as NEET score, rank, DOB and other required information. The payment step comes later. In order to proceed to all these steps, first you need to create your login credentials using your email id and mobile number.

Now, according to me, "record already exists" can happen either due to technical glitch or if the email and monile number you are using have already been used. There is also a possibility that you have already registered and again trying to register. Sometimes it might take a while to receive the password and application number.

So wait for sometime and see if you get the number and password. If not, refresh the page and try again, make sure your mobile number and email id are correct. If nothing works, then contact the helpdesk given the website.
