my neet score is 388 to which my neet AIR is 1,99,388 and belonging to SC cat. my rank comes to 15,169 so shall i expect any chances of MBBS college this year..?

I am sorry to say that it will  be difficult to get admission to a government college with your score with the 15% All India Quota Seats. But you can get admission in private colleges. But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.
