M.Sc Biotechnology Self Finance	Rs. 1,68 lakhs	Candidates must have a B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Botany, Zoology, Life Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Chemistry from a recognised university with a minimum of 55%.
M.Sc Botany Self Finance	Rs. 90,000.	Candidates must have obtained a B.Sc. in Botany, Plant Science, or Applied Botany from a recognised university with a minimum of 50%.
M.Sc Chemistry Self Finance	Rs. 90,000.	Candidates must have received a 50% in B.Sc Chemistry/Industrial/Polymer Chemistry from a recognised university.
M.Sc Computer Science Self Finance	Rs. 90,000.	Candidates must have received a 50% in B.C.A/B.Sc Computer Science/IT from a recognised university.
M.Sc Microbiology Self Finance	Rs. 1.68 lakhs	Candidates must have received a 50% in B.Sc Microbiology from a recognised university.

Ph.D Mathematics	NA	Candidates who have passed the M.Phil. course work with a minimum of 55 percent in aggregate or a grade of 'B' on the UGC 7-point scale and successfully completed the M.Phil. Alternatively, candidates whose M.Phil. dissertation has been evaluated and whose viva voce is pending may be admitted to the same institution's Ph.D programme. Candidates with a degree that is regarded comparable to an M.Phil. degree from a recognised Indian institution are eligible to apply.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is satisfactory however we can't say that it's the best in town , but still the collage has tried to maintain spacious classrooms and gardens within the constraints of space , and the Library is a great spot for students, has a good canteen , but no wifi

This is one of the best colleges in thrissur city. So anyone planning to stay in thrissur itself can definitely keep this college as one of your choices. Infrastructure is well maintained and the auditorium of the college is the highlight of the institution.
