Union Christian College, Aluva has a placement cell that provides employment opportunities to the students. Union Christian College placement cell motivates the students and hones the skills of the students till they are placed. The company visits the campus and conducts the Union Christian College placement process.
The company then shares the offer letter with the selected candidates through the UC College Aluva placement cell, after which they have to join on the date mentioned in the offer letter. Union Christian College becomes one of the few institutions in Kerala to implement a hybrid employment and guidance model for students. The Union Christian College placement cell prepares the students for the placement process.

The placement cell invites companies for placement drive.
Candidates who are interested in the interview should register.
The company will conduct pre-placement talks with students.
Following that, a selection process will take place which can include written tests, interviews, group discussions and other selection processes.
The result will be declared by the specific company following the selection of candidates.
The shortlisted candidates will receive an offer letter from the recruiter.

you are not eligible to study M.Sc psychology. For doing M.Sc psychology you need to have a bachelor's degree in psychology.
For B.Sc psychology you must be from science stream and must have an aggregate of 50% with biology as a mandatory subject.
