Course overview
Physical Disability online course introduces students to diverse physical impairments so that they can meet the learning needs of individuals with physical impairments. The training focuses on teaching them how to make reasonable adjustments to their communication, learning environment, and resources to help trainees with physical limitations properly access education. Physical Disability online certification is developed by NSDC - National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), an initiative to turn untrained and semi-skilled workers into efficient and qualified workers.
Physical Disability online training offers self-paced teaching materials, video lectures, exercises, and quizzes to evaluate the understanding of the learners, as well as some reference reading material. Following completion of the programme, the learners will be well-equipped to manage students with physical limitations under the Rights of People with Disabilities Act.

What you will learn
After completing the Physical Disability certification course, learners will acquire a thorough understanding of the principles of physical disability and the various types of disorders. Learners will study the Rights of Person with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016. Learners will be able to explore accessibility strategies, teaching strategies, and resource strategies for physically disabled trainees and students. Learners will also become proficient in using assistive technologies to assist trainees with physical limitations.
