You need to have any of the degrees from Nursing (GNM/B.Sc.),  DPT, BPT, B. Pharma, D. Pharma, BHMS, or BAMS to take training in the Emergency Medical Technician-Basic certification by VIVO Healthcare. 

Certification qualifying details

Moreover, you'll be awarded an NSDC-VIVO certificate after the successful completion of the training course. For that, you must pay the entire course fee, clear the pre-internship exam and the clinical internship.

Admission details

2. Now, you will need to download the course admission form using the "Admission Form" tab. 

3. Once you have filled out the form, submit it at the nearest VIVO skill centre. Apart from the form, you will also need to provide some additional documents. 

4. Pay the course fee at any of the VIVO skill centres or simply online.  


Filling the form

The Emergency Medical Technician-Basic course admission form will ask you to provide contact information such as your father's and mother's name along with their mobile number. You'll also need to provide your blood group, gender, caste category, DOB, nationality, marital status, and religion.

Apart from the above, you will also need to furnish details like your mobile number, email ID, address, state, Aadhar number, and Pincode. At last, write down your guardian information, education qualifications, and bank details. Then, sign a student declaration and submit the form. 

Evaluation process

To qualify all candidates must write weekly assessments, get 70% marks in the pre-internship exam, pass other exams after each module, and also pass the final foundation exam successfully. Failing the exams will result in applicants paying Rs 1500 for the remediation exam.
