You will earn the Operation Theatre Technician certificate only after paying the course fee and clearing the pre-internship exam with 70% marks. Additionally, you are required to finish the clinical internship with 85% attendance, to pass the training and get certified.

Step 2: Click on ‘Admission Form’. Download the form and duly fill it out. Next, submit it along with your photo ID proof, previous education certificates/mark sheets (Degree/Intermediate/SSC), and 3 passport-sized photographs at the nearest VIVO Skill Centre.
Step 3: Following your application’s verification, you will be able to pay your registration fees of around Rs. 2000, and course fee at the Skill Centre. To pay it online, visit the course portal, click on “Apply Now”, and register yourself by signing up or logging in.
Filling the form
The Operation Theatre Technician course has an application form that can be downloaded from the website or obtained from your nearest Vivo Skill Centre. The form requires your name, contact number, ID proof details, residential address, email ID, and educational qualifications.
Additionally, you are required to fill in the details of your parents or guardians, and your bank details for fee processing. Both you and your parent/guardian will be required to sign undertakings included in the admission form.

Evaluation process
To complete the Operation Theatre Technician course, you are required to clear the pre-internship examination. If you are unable to pass the exam, you will have the opportunity to appear for a Remediation exam. However, you will be charged a sum of Rs. 1500 for every Remediation exam you appear for. Besides, you must secure 70% or more in the pre-internship to qualify for the clinical internship.
