NIFT Entrance Exam: NIFT is a national level entrance exam that is conducted to offer admissions to design and fashion technology programmes. The exam is conducted by the authorities of the National Institute of Fashion Technology in pen and paper-based mode. The exam pattern consists of 3 sections which are- the General ability test, Creative ability test and Situations test. The weightage of exam results is divided into 3 sections- 50 per cent for the Creative ability test, 30 per cent for the General ability test and 20 per cent for Situations Test. The exam is conducted in the English language, the number of questions given is 100 and the time duration is 120 minutes. There are 18 participating colleges under the exam and the total number of seats offered are 2370.
Pearl Academy Entrance Exam: Pearl Academy Entrance Exam is conducted by the Pearl Academy of Fashion to offer admissions to design, fashion, business and media programmes. The exam is conducted three times a year depending on the availability of seats. The exam is conducted to offer admissions to its various campuses located in Delhi, Noida, Mumbai and Jaipur. The exam is conducted in the English language and is conducted in offline mode.
