giving a review for my college is a goo experience

      College Infrastructure

the infrastructure was pretty good and clean. it has a lot of facilities and activities to do. it has lift and stairs to accommodate with canteens and class rooms. The colour and the location is also pretty decent.

      Academics

academics wise the education is good. We are learning new things everyday day, observation and different perspectives from the faculty. designing a difficult and competitive subject if taught well then you’ll grow and move ahead in life

      Placements

the placements are pretty nice in our college for what I’ve seen. It’s top notch for sure. both academics and extra curriculum has been excellent. the salary also offered is usually on a higher side but it’s also depends.

      Value for Money

it a balance between time, effort and quality of college and their promises. it’s a pretty huge amount year by year for a design student and it’s not easy to pay those bill and it’s not that worth wasting your money

      Campus Life

A dynamic balancing act between academic pressure, personal growth, and social independence. there’s a lot of ups and downs as well. But overall it’s engaging, fun and I’d day a once in a lifetime experience.

      no not really.

Overall i would recommend this college

      College Infrastructure

The Campus is well designed and offers a comfortable learning environment. The classrooms are modern, there are enough labs designs labs specifically curated and well equipped with tools and machineries for each specialty. Being located in Equinox Business Park near Kurla Station also gives good connectivity and a professional environment.

      Academics

The academics are quite good overall. The Curriculum is industry-oriented and includes a mix of theory and practical based learning. Most faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable, and there are regular projects and also workshops which makes the learning quite engaging.

      Placements

As i am still in my first year, i am not really well versed with the placements criteria. But through the industry exposure a lot of my classmates and seniors are already getting a lot of exposure and are exploring their niches.

      Value for Money

The college is on the more expensive side, especially for the design courses. In addition to the tuition fees, students are expected to purchase many of their own materials and supplies, which can add up over time.

      Campus Life

The college hosts multiple events, guest lectures, workshops and also has a variety of clubs that students can join. These help students stay connected. However, the campus experience feels limited at times due to compact urban settings.

I say its a solid average experience

      College Infrastructure

The college in itself is in a business park meaning those glass building holds many labs also studios that comes very handy during the assignments .Yes there's wifi in the whole campus . Also the canteen in the first building is huge with a lot of cheap but also hygienic food options.

      Academics

I am a B.des student and i have just finished my first year in atlas so on those terms our curriculum atleast this year was just a lot of generic stuff that we had already studied earlier in school being put to use .Also an important thing to mention is the wide array of elective subjects to choose from , there is something for eveyone .

      Placements

There's a lot of exposure that you get atleast in ISDI ,from what i have heard a lot of my seniors have got a chance to showcase their work abroad or at some huge campaigns too, so that is a very big pro that comes with being around industry experts .

      Value for Money

In ISDI apart from the course being expensive , there are many other things that add up to the cost too one of the many being stationery , from every assignment that you get from almost 10 subjects that you've got to buy everything on your own .Mostly there are group projects in FY so its fine.

      Campus Life

I personally am not a very big fan of the area that the campus is in , the campus in itself is in a business park so its not that bad. But the locality as it is closer to the kurla local station in the morning it gets impossible to take an auto or change from building 1 to building 2

Average academics, good infrastructure, poor placements

      College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is good and modern. Classrooms and other facilities are well maintained, clean, and comfortable for students. However, it does not feel like a traditional college campus. The setup is more like a corporate office or workplace environment rather than a regular university campus. While the infrastructure is impressive and professional, students expecting a large campus experience may find it different.

      Academics

The academic experience is average and has both positives and negatives. Some faculty members teach well and are helpful, but the teaching quality is inconsistent as a few subjects are not explained properly. At times, the same teachers handle multiple subjects, which can feel repetitive. In some cases, even senior faculty/HOD take regular subjects, which gives an impression that faculty availability could be better. For core subjects like CSP, more practical understanding and depth in teaching would be appreciated, as the current approach sometimes feels too focused on basic or repetitive work. Overall, academics have scope for improvement, especially in teaching quality and subject delivery.

      Placements

Placements are average to below average and still need improvement. Opportunities are limited for some students, and the placement support could be stronger. Students may need to rely more on their own skills, networking, and internships to secure good opportunities. The college has scope to improve company tie-ups and placement quality, especially for technical roles.

      Value for Money

The college does not completely feel worth the investment considering the fee structure. Although the infrastructure is modern and professional, academics and placements still need improvement to justify the cost. Students may expect better teaching quality and stronger placement opportunities according to the amount being charged.

      Campus Life

Campus life is decent but different from a traditional college experience. Since the university setup feels more like a corporate or office environment, students looking for a large campus atmosphere may find it different. Events and activities do take place and help students socialize, but the overall campus vibe is comparatively limited. The experience depends a lot on individual involvement and friend circles.

overall i would say that the college is really good.

      College Infrastructure

the infrastructure is pretty great and it also has great hygiene. the facilities are excellent when it comes to bba. the classes are great and the living space and canteen is also hygenic. atlas is great when it comes to infrastructure.

      Academics

the academics is also great when it comes to quality studying. the syllabus is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. the faculty is very good and the teachers are amazing. the college is great.

      Placements

the placements are great according to the seniors. the average package goes around from 4-5 lakhs pa. many great companies visit the campus for the placements and the overall exposure is really amazing.

Absolutely amazing we have a campus in the heart of BKC surrounded by companys With everything u could imagine in a campus it's a karan johar campus tbh .we have lots of extra curricular activities and places to sit

      Academics

We have a variety of different cources like ACCA with BBA or even CFA because of the four different types of college in our campus we get a crazy exposure and academically atlas has tie ups with over 200+ colleges

      Placements

The placements aren't bad like since u get intership opportunitys and companys if u haven't made connections in atlas and in the industry while studying in atlas then it's a total waste of money and u possibly won't receive a placement

      Value for Money

It is value for money like since considering your getting the best faculty teachers coming to teach you from all around the world it seems worth it and every other week some or the other master class is there because of that it seems reasonable

      Campus Life

Campus Life is amazing like we have a lot of students sooo it's really hard not to find your vibe or make friends ( unless you keep avoiding everyone) the faculty is also chill and there is a lot of places to eat and shop on campus itself

      College Infrastructure

I feel like for the most part it’s really nice. Our workshop has to be my favourite part. It has all the necessary equipment. Everything around us is labelled. The student made installations and murals are beautiful and inspiring to all the students. They show us what is expected how our skills will grow to be. The hostel has a few issues like crowding and flimsy ladders/stairs to reach the beds. That’s about it.

      Academics

I really thought ATLAS ISDI would be a place where we as students would find a wide array of amazing like minded and completely opposite thinking people where we’d share ideas and collaborate, share our most passionate projects, refine out skills and meet our future. With teachers that honed our skills and introduced us to the design world. It has not greatly disappointed. As it is with all institutions, there are good parts and bad parts, good teachers and bad. As a first hear student, we are sticking to the basics on he surface level but beyond that each back breaking assignment we have teaches us so much more subconsciously.

      Placements

So far we have not gotten many opportunities. The focus at the moment is of finding the design mindset. However, we have internship hours to complete for which we have gotten little to no opportunities. All events and such have been internal.

It’s the best college of all for designing.

      College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is so elegant. It also provides many cafeterias in many locations, a library, there’s also dining area. And also sitting area for breaks and to work on projects. The college campus is so calm.

      Academics

They build a very strong foundation in the learnings. From basic to next level.. everything has been taught. The faculty is also super sweet with the students that they reach out with every helps and needs.

      Placements

They provide so many options for Internships and placements. They also encourage you to take part in them. Which is also the best thing, mostly they also provide study abroad plans. The college is also has tie up with Parsons college.

      Value for Money

      Definitely worth the money.

      Campus Life

The campus life here is like amazingly crazy!! It’s the best campus I’ve ever experienced.
