As mechatronic syllabus is not included in gate, could I join M Tech in IIT without GATE after my B Tech in mechatronics?

You can give GATE in any branch and in Mechatronics it will be the combination of EE, ECE and ME. But I personally sugget you that you can opt ME in GATE among them because there are no problem to take admission in M.Tech but PSUs companies are taking Mechatronics brnach who has given GATE in mechanical branch like BHEL etc.
