Can I apply any college without depend on ap eamcet 2019 rank?

The seats in the AP engineering colleges are mainly filled by the counselling after AP EAMCET by a separate procedure and these are called as convenor quota seats these are considered as a category seat this will be filled based on your EAMCET rank And your caste.
Now then there is another category call b category which is filled based on the JEE mains score and and your Ipe marks percentage so this can be a chance if you have scored something good marks in the jee and In the ipe exams.
Now let us come to the third category seats that are called as payment seats or management seat quota
Which are basically filled under the payment Or informally called donation the rate for the seat varies according to the college and branch.
For filling this seats also you need to have minimum eligibility criteria that you have to pass your IPE examinations conducted in your 12th standard.
so to get the seeds you need to directly approach to the college admission department and get a seat fixed by paying the specific amount mentioned by them and remaining all the processes will be different for you to that of the convener quota and the b category.
Basically for the b category entrances there will be a notification in the local newspapers during the time of actual counselling and there will be a separate counselling procedure for the b category every college and there will be a notification list is released when the counselling completes and you will get the confirmation weather you have got a seat or not.
Now if you go for management seat you need to pay the amount to the college management to get a seat only 5 to 6 seats in each section are given under management quota so be aware of it and grab your opportunity if you don't get good rank in mains or EAMCET.
So be wise during the counselling period
If you are planning to get a management seat then approach directly to the college office in the admission department.

The answer is yes.There are some colleges in which you get an admission without any need of the AP EAMCET marks.Some collegs or the institutions take admission based on your IPE marks or the CGPA which you get whereas some colleges take admission based on the other entrance examinations.Some engineering Institutions conduct separate examinations for the admission into their colleges.Some of the best Institutions like IITs and NITs and BITS have their own entrance examinations and donot take the AP EAMCET marks in to consideration.
