You can't apply for 5th round now as allotment of colleges are already done.
You can now participate in spot counselling. Online document verification will start from 10th Aug 2017.

Spot round is conducted to fill vacant seats.
All UPSEE 2017 Qualified Students who had not allotted any Seat in Subsequent Rounds of UPSEE Counselling 2017 and Students who had Opted for Withdrawn Option from UPSEE 2017 Counselling Rounds will be Eligible to Participate in UPSEE Spot Round Counselling 2017. Students must Note that In UPSEE Spot Round Counselling Only Government Colleges will Participate.
