You need not take JEE exam for getting admission in Gujarat. You can give GUJCET
GujCET has been made compulsory for admissions in engineering, pharmacy and diploma courses in the state. The state government had opted out of Joint Entrance Examination ( JEE ) on the ground that Gujarati -medium students were not able to do well in JEE
