can I get cse or mechanical branch in AIT , PUNE if I score 70-75 marks in jee mains and 87%in CBSE board exams iam obc candidate

You need to score more than 100 marks in your exam to get this college.
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
