Academics is decent not very extraordaniry and not very bad, few teachers are not up to the mark but few are very good, 75% attendence rule is there especially for 1st and 2nd year students, teachers mostly teach from ppts
College Infra
My college have all the necessary infrastructure, the accedmics block contains all the department (Comp, IT, Entc, Mech). the computer labs are well maintained and have all the required machines.
we have a football ground, cricket ground, 2 basketball courts, 3 vollyball grounds, 1 badminton hall, 1 tennis ground, 1 squash court and 1 kabaddi court (with mat)
Campus Life
my campus life is very amazing i have good friends, i also play cricket for my collage team so go to practice almost daily which i enjoy the most.
there are few restrictions also on collage IN timings and face detection inside the hostels.
Placements
placements are good especially for CS and IT, the core companies of electronics are very less but still they are allowed in most of the it companies for interviews, placements of mechanical department is not very good.
Value For Money
the fees is around 3.5 lacks for whole year including wifi, mess, hostel, tutinon fees, laundary, hair cutting uniform, and few more things which i say is common for most of the private engineering collages and yes it is value for money.

Academics
The teachers at the Army Institute of Technology are very good, as they are very supportive of students, and they also help you with your internships and placements; they are like your backbone. Only the first-year teachers receive less support, which is the only thing I don't like about this college.
College Infra
The infrastructure of this college is very good, and they teach on projects. Their Wi-Fi is also good, with an average speed above 70 MB/s. They have a very disciplined library, as you can study from 8 to 10 PM to build your future. Mess food has many varieties and is very hygienic. In sports, it is very good, and some of the students also reached the national level.
Placements
Army institute of technology is very good college in Pune for defence wards in the lower percentile as well. Their placement is always above 90%. All branches get good placement, and the highest placement of 21–22 was 1.2 CPA, and 22–23 was 52 LPA. They have many clubs in which you can build your skills, like robotics club, EV club, SAE club, etc.

Exams are quite easy. There is not much burden of assignments and exams on students. Scoring marks is quite easy and very achievable. More than 20 out 60 students in the class get 8.5 + CGPA in IT and computer Science branch easily, so the competition is really impressive for all if they try to be in top 3 or 5.
College Infra
Hostel are good, Teachers have good experience and knowledge, The quality of education is good, Wi-Fi is over priced and slow, Washrooms in some hostels are small, The campus is clean but small to explore, Coding environment is good, Senior-junior interaction is also decent.
Placements
I am a 2nd year IT student in AIT. Placements till 2 years back were insanely high but since the last year the placements have dropped significantly. Exam syllabus and difficulty level is quite low and one can easily score good marks without much challenges

In AIT Pune CSE placements are much better than Mechanical Engineering. CSE attracts stop recuriters in the tech industry and the salary packages are also higher.

If your goal is placements and tech jobs , take AIT Pune IT .
Why?
- IT is much closer to CSE than Mechanical.
- You'll study programming, databases, networks, web development, etc.
- AIT has consistently strong placements with an average package around Rs 10–11 LPA and very high
