can i get state quota in assam? i have studied 9 to 12 from up but i am native to assam i have also nrc of assam? i want to apply through state quota in neet ug

the eligibility criteria for domicile for Assam state is as follow:
Either of the parents should have lived for not less than 20 years in the state and candidate should have done his classes 7th to 12th in Assam.
Parents or forefathers of the applicant have permanent residence in the state of Assam for a minimum of 50 years.
