Hi,
Both are decent colleges to pursue Engineering. The stream is something you should decide based on your interest. Usually, CSE has more scope in the job market. You even have lot of opportunities off-campus.
No core companies visit IET Lucknow to hire EVE students, only mass recruiting MNCs visit. So I would suggest you to go for CSE at Mata Vaishno Devi. But the final choice should be made as per your interest since you have to spend atleast 4-6 years studying a particular stream.
