Got 43.62 percentile in CAT belongs to ST category. Which non iim colleges should I apply

As you know that this is a very low score so you can not expect a decent college but as you belong to ST Category, You can have the chance for new IIMs like IIM Amritsar, IIM Shirmaur, IIM Raipur, IIM Bodhgaya etc.
