So, your percentile is very very low and in spite of being from a reserved category it won't fetch you a good college, let alone IIMs. Even if you get admitted to a college you'll be having an MBA degree just for it's namesake and it won't help you in getting good placements. education, infrastructure or internships. I would suggest you to appear for MAT and MHCET which will takeplace very soon. Just score good in those and you'll definitely get into a good college.
Since your category is ST you have slight chances that you can get admission in Tier 2 college based on your further performance in various rounds.
