Hai, I am a PWD with BC certificates. I want to join MBBS in AIIMS, their seat matrix for PWD is 2-others, 1-BC, 1-SC, and 1-ST. My question is can I come in both others and BC quota?

You will come under BC-PWD. And not others. PWD is a horizontal reservation available within your Category and so ypu csn only avail BC-PWD.

In NEET 2020 prospectus, the Gazette says, "person with visual disabilities of more than 40% are may be made eligible to pursue MBBS course may give reservation subject to the condition that the visual disabilities is brought to a level of benchmark of below 40% with the advanced low vision aids like telescope, magnifiers,etc."
The gazette also says a person with 40% disabilities is eligible for quota but not fit for the MBBS course
There are lots of confusion, what the gazette means?
Do I need two disabilities certificate?
With all the magnifiers the Doctors tested, then only they are giving the certificate that I am 40% disabilities, again how can I reduce the disabilities with telescope magnifiers?
Is there any telescope to wear permanent?
Kindly clear my doubts regarding visual disabilities
