For chemistry NCERT should be more than enough for NEET.
But for physics I sould suggest you to go beyond NCERT.
Use books like HC VERMA for physics.
For biology I would suggest McGraw Hill.
And make sure to go through your the NCERT biology text book top to bottom.

hey, the subjects eligible for appearing NEET exam are that a candidate has to pass 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as a core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board. So if you have the above subject as your core paper you are eligible.
