    Hey Madhavi, JoSAA counseling considers rank as it's cutoff. According to previous years cutoffs, you might north eastern states NITS and IIITS for CSE branch at this rank. You can check here branch wise cutoffs:- http://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches .

    Please wait for cutoffs to be out as it changes every year. Hope it helps!! Good luck!!
