Thanks for asking your query,as per your marks in hpcet you may get Govt college in haryana ,but your Jee mains percentile is low therefore you cannot get admission through it.Therefore I would suggest you to attend the counseling of hpcet .

basis of your score in JEE, you should know that it would be too early
to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and
same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given
score, you have a feeble chance to get into a good college. But you can
