With a score of 83.5 you do have a chance of getting I to one of the national law universities under NRI category. As per which college you will get I would suggest you to wait till lists are announced so that we know your rank than we can have a better answer but don't worry you will definitely get into one of the nlu.

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 6000-7200 in NRI category and considering the closing ranks and the number of seats available in NLUs for NRI candidates you have less chances of getting them but since you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely check out for some other good colleges in IPU or some private college.
