I am a first year student in my second semester studying the course B.A. L.LB. Most of the professors I've had till now are kind, easy going, good teachers and knowg=lgeable about the subject they teach. There are class discussions and debates, which makes classes much more fun and interesting.
Like most of the colleges, it has some good faculties and some not so good. Over the last few years the quality has reduced but that's a general trend as well. However, student run avenues are there to compensate it.
Academics used to be brilliant but nowadays poor quality of teachers and random hiring is making it suffer. Students are brilliant and create a wholesome culture of studying and ambition. Mooting is a renowned and sought after activity.
Hello Santosh,
Domicile cut-offs are unpredictable. You can apply and get a seat only if the domicile category is selected. You can apply, but the chances of getting either of them are rare.
Most top NLUs like NLSIU Bengaluru, NALSAR Hyderabad, WBNUJS Kolkata, NLIU Bhopal have SC closing ranks well below 4836, so admission there is highly unlikely. For NLU Odisha (NLUO), the BA LLB SC closing rank in CLAT UG third round was 8442 and BBA LLB SC closing rank was 9688,
With a CLAT 2026 rank of 33,825, it's difficult to get a seat at GNLU Silvassa in the initial stages.
You should focus on private institutions, where a CLAT 2026 rank of 33,825 has a higher chance of admission.
For information on domicile quota seats, see this - CLAT Domicile
