Yes you are eligible to apply for josaa councelling but it will be of no worth as if you get alloted into any nits iiits or GFTIs then too during document verification you are not allowed to get admission as you had not fulfill the minimum cutoff for the boards percentage.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes.
