Hi ! First of all see whether you have crossed the cut-off marks for JEE mains. If you have crossed it then you are eligible to participate in Jossa counselling. And also you got 85% in board exam. From this point of view also you are eligible. Now if you haven't crossed then also you are eligible. In JEE mains you are always eligible for Jossa counselling.
