There are many undergraduate courses like bsc forensic science, bsc chemistry, bachelor of arts , b pharmacy or Pharm d (via management quota), where you can get admission based on your Interscore only. So even if you fail to get a seat via NEET you can still get admission in courses mentioned above.
No need to worry, there are ample of opportunities, you have to just look for them.
