Dear Asma, yes you can get MBBS seat even without writing NEET. AIIMS and JIPMER are two other gateway for MBBS. If you are able to get a very good rank then you will definitely get seat one of the prestigious colleges i.e. AIIMS or JIPMER. Rest all MBBS colleges in India provide admission to students in the basis of NEET score.
