365 is a nice score but for a good MBBS seat in govt college, your score should be 580+. As far as a seat in private college is concerned, it depends on the ranking they are taking into consideration. So I will suggest you to continue your studies and get a high score next year. Don't get disheartened. Keep calm. You will do it.
