I am not selected in 1st round in NEET now what will happen if i wont rearrange for 2nd round

If you were neither got any seat in first round nor in second round then the possibilities are low you'll get any set in further round the chances depends upon the availability of seat, your rank and your category.
I would suggest you to either try next year or to wait for spot counseling
