Can i register in 2nd round of counselling for karnataka neet ug if i have not registered in 1st round i am general categoty of haryana

No those who haven't registered in first round won't be able to to register for the further rounds as far as I know the criteria is this for the state counselling so it might be the same for All India as well.. How ever you can check it out on the official .. Good luck..

Yes.For every round there will be new registration.
