I being from Karnataka can I apply for All India Quota seat from Karnataka college itself. If so what's procedural?

You can apply for All India Quota seats of Karnataka whether you belong to Karnataka or belong to other state, It is very late to answer your query, I hope you have registered for All India Quota seats & Karnataka seats counselling successfully & also checked the seat Allocation result.
