If you’re a domicile of Karnataka then you’ll be eligible to apply for counseling rounds for Karnataka only through state counseling. For states other than Karnataka, you have the optio to apply througn All India Quota counseling. Anyway, the cutoffs for 85% State Quota seats is usually lower than for the 15% All India Quota seats.
