The admission in Jadavpur University, Kolkata is based on merit in WBJEE and the admission is based on merit in WBJEE. WBJEE is an entrance for admission in various Undergraduate course in the institutes of West Bengal.Jadavpur University doesn't accept JEE main score.And to be able to get admission in Jadavpur University or any other government college in West Bengal through West Bengal candidate must be hold the domicile of West Bengal or their parents must be permanent resident of West Bengal with a permanent address.So, even if you appear for WBJEE you are not eligible to get admission in Jadavpur University, Kolkata as you are not a resident of West Bengal.
