I belong to telangana state, can i get in to other state NIT with their home state cutoff rank ?

For you to be eligible for getting a seat through home state rank you need to get the domicile of that state, also the state from where you gave your 12th and 11th class exams is important, if you satisfies these conditions surely you are eligible otherwise not.
