i did mistake on my date of birth year and i got admit now what can i do. please suggest

If you have provided incorrect date of birth at the time of filling the application you cannot do anything about it now. The details that you have provided at the time of filling the application will be given on the admit card. Your candidature may get cancelled at any stage of selection if the details are incorrect. If you have provided correct date of birth yet it is wrong on the admit card then you can contact the help line or reach facilitation center, if any and report the discrepancy on the admit card. You will get a new admit card with correct details. As you haven't mentioned the name of the exam in your query we are unable to provide the helpline details.
