I have made a mistake in the CAT Admission form - my date of birth. I noticed this after downloading the admit card. What should I do now?

No, there are no chances for editing your date of birth.

During the correction window time only image and signature were allowed to edit. Now even correction window time is closed.

Things like DOB, name, email, mobile number, state, are not allowed to edit even during correction time.
.
So, I would suggest you to mail your problem to cat helpdesk. But it's not sure that the problem will be solved. But they may advice the solution which may be helpful.
