Since the window for application form correction has been closed on March 16 Here I am sharing a link in which the conatct details are given where you can mail your query to the Head office as the window for correction has been closed

Dear Reader,
In such case i would suggest you to mail them for correction or get an affidavit issued for counselling and before that read the norms/guidelines carefully regarding this issue. Try to reach them through phone call incase mail procedure takes time.
