You cannot get into any government college with this score. However you can try for private colleges/deemed universities. But do remember that the fee structure of the colleges in which you can get a seat shall be high.
You may even try for mbbs abroad.
Coming to BDS, yes you can get BDS. But very unlikely to get in government. You might get in private colleges...
