I filled JEE Main application form this year for Feb, March, April at once as Gen. In this status I have given two attempts of JEE Main. Can I apply for the Gen-EWS quota now? If yes and my first attempt is counted as the best, then will the officials consider my EWS during admissions?

Hello Aspirant,
Unfortunately not. See if you have applied for February, March and April attempt of JEE-Main 2021 with General category then you will be considered as General candidate for these attempts and if you got your best result in any of the above mentioned attempts then your category will be considered as General even if you make correction for May attempt. Only for May attempt you will be considered as EWS candidate and you will be allotted EWS ranking and if it will be the best attempt than only you will be given EWS ranking and final result will be made on the basis of that score.
