Hi Basant,
For DU admission the minimum mark is 50% and above for best 4 subjects and for English atleast 65%.
By getting 64% you get a chance to compete with others. But usually the cut off comes around 90%. It depends on which course you are applying.

Hello dear aspirant.
I am sorry to say that 65 Percent is too less to get admission in DU. It is one of the top universities of India and people throughout the India want to get admission in it. You can get any other good private university or college where you can explore yourself for sure.
