Hello Aspirant,
According to the rank and category you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good college like NIT or IIIT as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can try for some private colleges and state government colleges in states like Rajasthan, Gujarat and so on.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
