I got 56959, rank in jee mains can I get iiit hyderabad for course cse or ece

Hello charan, no you won't be able to get ECE OR CSE branch in IIIT Hyderabad on this JEE mains rank because the cutoff for these two courses barely goes above 4,000 ranks. so I don't think you would have a chance of getting admission here. I suggest you apply to any home state NIT.
