if you are a general category student most probably you will get some of the evening colleges or colleges of south campus. Some of the colleges are- zakir hussain, pgdav evening, sham lal evening, etc. most probably you won’t get a very good college after third cut off. But you must take admission in whatever college you are getting and then you could change the college in later cut offs.

I am sorry to say but its a tough call for you to get du college.
You can get admission in Delhi University but not in the initial cut offs as they are generally high. You will get in the last cut offs. The colleges that you have chances of getting in are- aryabhatt college, deshbandhu college, zakir hussain, etc.
