Seeing your jee score and mhtcet score it is very low to get any best college but if you are from some reserved castes then you can try in some of the colleges like VJTI and other across pune and mumbai.
Hope you get a better college,and at last if you not get anything good try for a one year drop and then prepare for next years JEE.
