If you are confused then I will suggest you to take CS at any REC and if you want to REC Sonbhadra then it is not bad for you I will suggest you to take a REC Banda which is at good ranking as compared to another REC there is only three branch in REC BANDA that is information technology mechanical engineering electrical engineering
