I have alloted seat in 1st round, I will accept and upgrade, can I get refund if I opt out from comedk in round 3 during 2025

• You accepted a seat in Round 1, then opted for upgrade in Round 3
• COMEDK rule says if you cancel seat during Round 1, 2 or 3 cancellation window, you get refund of total fee (except convenience fee)
• Once Round 4 starts no seat cancellation allowed, and no refund after that
• If fee for upgrade branch increases, you pay difference now; if it decreases, excess refunded after counselling ends
• If you withdraw before Round 4, refund will be processed within 15 days to the same account used to pay
• But if you accept and freeze in Round 3 or 4 and later opt out in September, no refund, college may charge full fee penalty

AS per COMEDK rules, once you accept  a seat, the fee become non refundable , even if you don't join the college later you cannot get the refund . Refund is only possible if you reject the seat and don't participate in further rounds.
