In comedk round 2 if i have rejected and upgrade for a seat can i again add the same seat for choice filling round 3?

hello,
yes, you are eligible to get in the same college as the second round if and only if the seat is vacant. If you are waiting for more better college then you can go for the third round but if you are not confirm then you can lock your choice in the second round itself.
